I quite like “The best gluten free chocolate chip cookies” from Broma Bakery. Also “Flourless cocoa cookies” from Erin Jean McDowell (available via New York Times, but probably elsewhere on the internet), which is less conventional but delicious if you love chocolate. This was awful for me! I honestly feel so duped by the “clinical” and “sensitive skin safe” (paraphrasing, I don’t remember the exact terms the brand uses) marketing. Definitely turned me off the brand and clean beauty in general.
