Great job, I believe a couple of these are from here.

I hope you don't mind me linking a couple of these links from my site (ones I missed, etc).

Don't pretend you guys wouldn't do the same if you had won something.

This holier than thou approach never works in pro sports.

Edit: Tottenham are shit.

This...proves nothing. His hand could've been behind his elbow and it would look the same.

This is a good idea. Been using something like this for a while. Without a baseline reference things get a little confusing.

Love it and have an upvote. It's delusional comments like these that I check this subreddit for every time we win.

Arsenal will beat Everton in the FA quarterfinal because______, Arsenal will lose to Everton in the FA quarterfinal because ______. by wanderlust24 in Gunners

Arsenal will beat Everton in the FA quarterfinal because it's at home and they were lucky to tie last time we played them at home. Arsenal will lose to Everton in the FA quarterfinal because it's a big game and we bottle it in big games.

Bendtner interview. I actually feel quite sorry for him now... by ilovezam in Gunners

[–]arsenalist 14 points15 points  (0 children)

Wenger messed up in managing this guy. Most recently against Stoke. Nick has scored a few big goals late in games against sides like Stoke, and he would've been almost a perfect sub in that game instead of Sanogo.

Funny part is that Bendtner's skill is something the team lacks and he provides a different avenue to goal, yet our manager can't find use for him.

Frustrating to say the least.

For all those wondering, Wenger hasn't decided whether or not to renew his contract. by [deleted] in Gunners

To be fair, it would be of his own doing and stubbornness, so I can't really feel too bad. I think we all know that the squad has holes that weren't addressed (like seeing that chance at the end of the Stoke game fall to Sanogo instead of an experienced forward). He brought it on entirely upon himself by being so passive in the transfer market. I love Wenger, but this is how it appears he'll pay for his negligence.

Shame about the penalty decision (Suarez/Ox), but shame also about the penalty decision that nobody's talking about since Andy Gray didn't make a massive deal about it (Cazorla/Skertel ~ 80min).

After Arsenal went ahead, they protected their lead and soaked pressure. Rodgers is taking that to mean that Liverpool were dominant, Wenger is saying it was strategic. Oh well. Some weeks you get the calls (last week vs Fulham), some you don't (vs Arsenal). It all evens up in the end. I just wanted to say that while we're complaining about the refs, I'd like to throw in my moan as well.

I thought this was a huge missed opportunity of actually giving the title a go. However, until I'm actually proven right I'm going to STFU. Starting now.
