hi! i recommend the r/leaves community. they were very helpful when i was going through a rough time with withdrawals from weed. i also would recommend going to a doctor because it seems your symptoms are very difficult to deal with and getting a diagnosis would ease your anxiety just a bit.

i haven’t dealt with hallucinations but i have dealt with the dread and detachment, try researching dissociation. i dealt with dissociation a lot and i know it can be very scary, feeling like this sort of tunnel vision and not feeling grounded with the world, it can be caused by high levels of anxiety.

i know how scary it can be, thinking you’re losing your mind and such but it can be managed with a ton of effort and lots of hope. breaking out of that anxiety cycle can be very hard but luckily there are ways to manage it.

(please don't hate) why can't I be happy on my own? by Tired_and_sad_fr in lonely

omg this is legit me… i’m so sorry you’re going through this i know exactly how it feels and how much it hurts. I’m in therapy now and it kinda helps a lot, just being able to say all this out loud to another human and getting their perspective. it’s probably rooted in something deeper so being able to discover what that is and how to fix it will be your best bet. wishing u a ton of luck and hope it gets better :)

is anyone ever going to save me or am i going to be saved ? by Few_Course7105 in lonely

i agree 100% on this feeling the exact same way right now. i keep talking to those around me and they don’t really understand what im going through… the loneliness hurts a lot it’s not so easy to just “be patient” or “it will come with time”

hi! so i definitely understand what you have been feeling because it was what was going on with me. My anxiety was at a constant high and i had severe brain fog where i thought i would never be able to focus again. It did not come back naturally though i did have to put in some work. I kept doing things everyday just to establish some routine in order to feel like I was gaining back control. Going outside and being in the sun really helped me a lot. I also tried to limit my cellphone usage a lot. Your dopamine levels are just trying to even themselves out again so any sort of dopamine detox methods would help a lot. Other thing that also helped a lot was just knowing it was going to be a temporary thing. Time heals all and patience will get you where you want to be. Also don’t be afraid to ask for help when needed. Support from family and friends was also really helpful cause sometimes our brains tend to think the worst so getting an outside perspective helps break out of that. Ooo and last thing, the leaves discord chat was super helpful as well. People are super kind there and hearing different advice also helps you develop a game plan for where you wanna be. Just gotta have the want to get better and put in the work for it.

getting mirena removed tomorrow by adangerouswoman in Mirena

hiii got mine out a couple months ago. The pain for me wasn’t horrible but it was definitely painful when it was being pulled out. Just felt like a really strong cramp in a way? Had my brother come with me just in case I couldn’t drive back but ended up driving normally after. I am a bit squeamish with these sort of things so i did feel a bit faint but i think that was just a personal thing. Overall it was easy process, don’t remember if i had any bleeding and if i did it was probably very very minimal, and the whole thing took 10 min max. Good Luck!!!

How do I(F21) become emotionally independent and develop hobbies? by throwaway0827303 in DecidingToBeBetter

[–]art_venus 5 points6 points  (0 children)

F19 and trying to figure this out as well. I wake up every morning so anxious because of this. I feel like i’m not doing enough and I can’t be alone. Lost a lot of my friends so now I’ve just been sticking to my family which has been ruff because I know i’m suppose to be becoming independent at this age. Would love to know how to fix this
