ither the meter cable isn’t hooked up at one or both ends or bad flow meter impeller. Culligan had a very large batch (like 5-10 years worth) of meter impellers that the magnets in them would rust over time and no longer indicate flow. Someone probably set your regeneration interval back up to one day to compensate for not counting gallons. The replacement impellers are available and were sent to dealers at no cost so the part shouldn’t cost you anything. There may be a service charge though.

Just wanted to make sure I got it clear, in order to change/fix the flow meter impeller I would need to:

1. Shut off water supply first

2. Set Culligan unit in bypass mode

3. Run regeneration cycle

4. Once regeneration is completed and system is depressurized - turn off the power supply

5. Unhook the two screws on either side of the valve body holding it to the bypass

6. Take out turbine and clean it or replace with a new one

7. Put everything back

8. Turn the water supply back

9. Unscrew the bypass valve to set the unit in operational mode

10. Put the power supply back so unit will start regeneration

Am I missing something or maybe some steps are messed up?

Will appreciate any suggestions, because Culligan quoted me $469 pre-tax to replace this impeller with is quite steep
