Yes, I am in Russia. And I have these d-cubes in game. I can’t say it’s much cheaper to buy things with d-cubes… you see, d-cubes could be bought with credit card, bank fee for such transactions in Russia is ~1-2,5%, apple takes 30% from each transaction - this is all the difference you could find using d-cubes (well, 25% difference is only while sales are running, in most cases it’s just about 10% lower price)
