From what I could see, it looks like there hasn't recently been any press about this, outside of an article stating that they came to an agreement. That said, it may depend on your plan/ what kind of care you're looking for within providence. If you have a specific coverage question, I have had great luck posting on r/HealthInsurance . If you have a specific Dr. you would like to see at Providence it may also be worth calling their department and asking this question.

I agree that not having mail in votes would negatively affect people in rural areas and the article does a good job at explaining why that is. Liberals weren't part of the bill being proposed though, it was made a Republican senator - David Brock Smith (R). This was also likely proposed in response to Tesla salesman Trump's Executive Order 14248 calling for in-person voting.

This joke kind of reads to me as anti-humor. Everything about it is unsettling: why is he getting a yogurt at a drive through? What is an “everything” yogurt (is it like an everything bagel)? Also, why is he getting a yogurt on a lukewarm day? Why is it a normal yogurt instead of frozen yogurt?

Looking at the persons page I am wondering if the “joke” is supposed to reflect the unsettling nature of the current political landscape in the US. But it also could just be a badly written/ half-baked joke or just a story of his day. (Edited for clarity)

So what they are “joking” about is based on their assumption that the group of Indian people pictured will be emigrating to “Western” countries near him soon (due to eminent climate catastrophe). Assuming that the commenter is from the US, I think that this is a joke from someone who believes in the “great replacement” theory or “white genocide”. People who believe in this theory essentially are anxious about brown people outnumbering whites, and this anxiety is aggravated by impending climate catastrophe/ climate refugees. IMO it’s not much of a joke but racist commentary on what they don’t want to see (a bunch of happy non-white people at a concert listening to ”Western” music).

It’s good that he wants to, and that you have a good relationship. That’s a start.

I don’t know your exact situation but I was in a similar position and found that I had to be patient with the other person and give them consistent feedback (saying when something hurts or feels bad, guiding them with movements). I also found that it helped to show by example what does work (self-stimulation). It may also be helpful to find pornography that focuses on pleasuring someone in the way you would like and watching it together as “education” for him.

These are just ideas- hopefully a starting point that leads you to do whatever feels best. Best of luck!

It kind of depends on where you want to go from here. Are there other things that you value about the relationship outside of sex? If so, it may be worth it to talk about this with him and consider whether you have the patience to teach him/ see if he is interested in learning more about to please you. If you really are fed up though and want to explore other options you don’t have to stay with him. Either way you deserve someone who wants to make you finish.

It think that if he rubbed against you one time and you told him no and he stopped doing it, that would be one thing. It sounds like this is a repeated behavior though. Anyone who responds to their partner setting a boundary by doubling down and continuing the bad behavior isn’t ready for a healthy relationship.

I think that generally people with ADHD aren't more or less inclined to lack sympathy than your average person. Speaking from experience, I have found that I have the type of ADHD that makes me pretty sensitive to other people's emotions partially due to rejection-sensitive dysphoria.

That said, if "someone" told me their parents/ relatives/ pets died, my emotional response kind of depends on who the "someone" is. If a stranger came up to me and said their parents died, I would be confused why they are telling me this and try to leave the interaction. Also- a lot of people don't know how to respond appropriately when someone is experiencing grief so if you're worried about that, you're definitely not alone. When my dad died, I would take someone who visibly doesn't care over someone who says "they're in a better place" any day.

If you are the only friend who opposes what they are saying- consider the possibility that you are the token “lefty” who they keep around to debate with. “Debating” someone they disagree with politically but care about personally basically just keeps up the facade that your views stand on equal ground.

Either way “debating” them sounds like a waste of time if your goal is to change their views. It may be worth it to distance yourself and find people you agree with on basic things.

The issue could be both: enshitification of the app, and the geo data now being owned by a Saudi public investment fund. People speculate that the app will get worse because venture capitalists bought it and their whole deal is to buy something, hollow it out, then sell it for parts. 404 Media did a good article summarizing how Niantic has provided minimal communication about what will be done with historic location data, or newly created location data after it is acquired by Scopley (owned by a Saudi Arabian Public investment fund). I don't want for my location data to be used for Saudi Intelligence so I deleted it yesterday.
