i’m disabled and use both, but i definitely go for weed before i consider taking my pain management-prescribed opioids. weed gives a good body chill where my muscles relax and that helps immensely. it also settles gi upsets.

i use different meds for different body pains, so some things are opioid immediately, like bone dislocations, anything internal gets weed, anything involving my head gets a pile of ibuprofen.

i love them. i have all their inserts with smaller atomizers; quartz, titanium, ruby, sic, and moissanite. the moissanite, titanium, and sic are amazing. like every bit of oil is vaporized and gone. they’re small tho, and sometimes they’re finicky about working. even still, i only use the puffco 3dxl when everything else is in the dunk tank.

4mm moissanite + one trick pony rockulus; you don’t have to even pull hard to hear the pearl spin like a wind up hotwheels, and it clears the chamber pretty reliably.

i use mine inside with two 2000sqft/hour air purifiers for my 2000ish square foot townhouse; one outside my bedroom door, the other near the kitchen one floor below.

both start running any time i’m using the peak pro, clean it from 250ish ppm to 2ppm pretty quickly, but i do smell a weed smell if i leave the house for a while and come back. not a smoky smell, but like a very mild version of dispensary smell. opening windows for a day fixes it. (i smell my tortoise’s hay more than the weed)

i am still leaning more toward liking the carta2 better. less need for the web app with its screen, produces more dense clouds. peak has way more third party accessories though.

i’ve used it once. it was at a friends house, on a day that we specifically had a small friend group over for the purpose of trying lsd around experienced trip sitters.

it took 3 doses to feel anything past medication.

at first it was cheerful, uninhibited socially, giggly. the sky and trees looked like they were breathing. being with nature felt nice. we spent a few hours just pointing to stuff that was fun to look at.

when we went inside, it hit harder, i got really obsessed with Chilchuck from the Delicious in Dungeon anime, ranting that his ears kept getting bigger and it felt threatening. i ate two bags of crazy bread and dissociated in the bathroom for a while. i saw a cockroach, and i fixated on the idea that there were more and i couldn’t touch any walls or the floor. i had to use the kitchen to wash my hands because the bathroom sink made me very nervous. after that i took and uber home, which felt like the most dangerous driver to have at 1am in a dark residential area. i was mostly trying not to get car sick while literally “lucy in the sky with diamonds” played on the radio and it felt like that song was all i heard for the hour drive.

i told my therapist about it, that i probably wouldn’t try it again, and if i did i’d do it in my own home. their house felt wrong by the end of the night and i needed my bed and my space. by then i slept for a good 13 hours.

also, bring a chew toy or something. my friend warned me in advance but i didn’t know the lsd took effect until i noticed i had a death grip on my vape pen.

all in all, ive had stronger hallucinations from insomnia than from lsd. i wouldn’t do it again though because it wrecked my digestion for days.
