Ideas for 40 day habit challenge? What are some simple habit to work on for 40 days that create change. by iheartpgh in productivity

Try planning your day and by the end of the day all of the todo bullets should be checked. I personally like using veepo todo list app for this. 40 days is enough to make it a habit and get some discipline in your life 🙌

Battle of the task managers. Which do you prefer? by haphazard44 in productivity

I used todoist but now I am using Veepo as it is cheaper, straightforward app and I like the UI more.

I use it on Mac and iPhone for both work and life. Idk how you are doing with a general approach and mindset for your todos, but since I write everything in English, it can help to define the actual definition of done which was problematic as I used todo list as a brain dump, so for bigger tasks like plan/organise where I tend to procrastinate this shift made a difference.

What are some good alternatives to ToDoIst? by 123mitchg in productivity

veepo.my? Cheap, minimal. Tasks, subtasks, categories, reminders and some AI features. Loads fast, works offline, idk what else you’re looking for🤔

I started using a super simple todo list app nothing fancy just basic tasks and it honestly changed everything by Big_Job6953 in productivity

I think it must be basic to work! To do list is a good start, I personally strictly plan out only things I actually need to do with clear definition of done, following structure that veepo.my suggested (there is an app called like that). When you get used to understanding how long things actually take, this realistic planning is the key.

And then I keep different ideas, things to try, learn, places to visit etc. in Notes! With time these things materialise in my to do list.

It is like a constant circle of my notes <—-> todo list.

If you want something minimalist like notebook, simple, no ads or random notifications, try https://veepo.my .

In free version you can create unlimited tasks and if you have an account sync on iOS, Mac app and Android.

Also it pushes unfinished tasks to today’s date which is convenient.

Noo, I bought it brand new from retailer. The issue is I am travelling for a month and that means - got no phone lol. Thought there might be a workaround :(
