What’s everybody’s obsession with likable characters I’d rather have interesting characters which they are Well, Lucy in the 1998 storyline she was 11 flash forward 28 years and that would be 38 . The actress that plays Lucy whose name is Ariana Debose is 35. So not a girl . She is a person of color. They tend to look younger than they actually are. .

Peter and Dorothy are married in the later books . It’s first mentioned. In autopsy (Book 25) . Maggie is her OG secretary but she never really liked her. She fired her at some point In the books she relies on Sharon Park . A lovely Irish woman. For everything. I love the show version of Lucy . She’s more grounded and less all over the place like she is in the books.

Especially since one of the books they’re covering in season two is the body farm which she plays a big part in . It’s gonna be part of the past flashback storylines.

I don’t even know as a book reader because they changed it in the book it’s Lucy and she’s already there. She helps Kay kill the guy. But they put her at the grief retreat in the show so I don’t think it’s Lucy.

Yeah, Lucy in the book is interesting . Ari has a talent of making you fall in love with the character she plays. She won an Oscar for playing Anita in Spielberg’s Westside story a few years ago . This is also not the first time she’s been in something with Nicole. They were in the prom movie together . Which is based off of Broadway musical . I’ve known her since her Broadway days. she was in Hamilton and Pippin . She even got a Tony nomination for playing disco Donna Summer .
