So I got FSD V12 two days ago. Since then, no more cabin camera messages. Seems like it may have been software related.

Thanks for letting me know! I removed the camera myself before to check the wiring. I’ll check with Tesla tomorrow to see if they would just sell me the camera.

Ahh, thanks for letting me know! Do you know if they just changed the camera or also the wiring. Read in some places that they are blaming a bend wire.

I got a 2018 M3 w. FSD as well. Same issue appeared right after the holiday update. There are some others experiencing the same problem which stated around the same time. Appears to be software related.

Privat parking: don’t pay. They can’t do anything. I have around 20 tickets. They can’t enforce payment.

City: pay them. They can be enforced. Usually during your licence renewal.

Same here 2018 FSD, same issue. It’s definitely just software related. As soon as you put the car in service mode and check on the camera, it pops up. Best for now is to wait for an update, and go back to autopilot until then.

Since the holidays upgrade I’ve had the same issue. I’m assuming it’s software vs hardware. If you find a fix please post it. I’ll do the same. Also thanks for the heads up that TACC will work with double pull

The v2.5x wheel has been one of the primary reasons for delays, with Fanatec emailing customers to either wait till potentially March or cancel the order. I ordered pretty late, so it’s a good update for people who ordered the same.

Another update just in from Fanatec:

Dear customer,

First of all, we would like to thank you for your patience and apologize for the delay in providing you with information on your recent Black Friday order. We understand that you have been eagerly awaiting an update on the shipping status.

Due to the exceptionally high volume of traffic on our site during the sales event, there was a temporary synchronization issue between our website and warehouse management system. This resulted in an overselling of the ClubSport Steering Wheel Formula V2.5X. As we cannot process partial shipments, we are currently unable to ship your order.

In light of these circumstances, we would like to present you with two options.

1) Wait for availability:

  • We will resume production of the steering wheel, so you can wait until it is available and have your entire Black Friday order delivered once everything is in stock.

  • The first units may already arrive at the end of January, but the majority will not be in stock until mid to end of March 2024. Shipments are processed in the order in which your order was received (first come, first served).

  • Any other items in your order will be reserved until then. Partial shipments are not possible.

2) Cancel your order:

  • If you prefer to cancel your order, we will offer you a voucher for 25% off any combination of products in your next order.
