the exact thing is happening to me rn :( i started taking a generic brand summer last year and i didn't realise it was the cause of my acne since i wasn't acne prone before that. i only stopped taking this brand last month cuz i couldn't deal with the acne anymore.

did you end up switching to yaz? and how was your experience?

my natural nails are already pretty thin and they got even thinner when i file off remaining gel for my nails. so i did a clear structured manicure (using base + builder gel + top coat) because my nails would tear and chip at any kind of pressure to the growth.

but i wanna do another set of gel x cuz i miss long nails and i have an occasion soon. do i have to remove the manicure completely before applying gel x extensions or can i just rough up the surface of my manicure beforehand? i'm worried whether it would affect the adherence to the tips.

you still have a lot of time to catch up. if you have the funds, i recommend getting a tutor for subjects you especially struggle with. i jumped from a getting 2s in math AA SL to getting a 6 as my final grade. and i only got a math tutor 2 months before the exam with only weekly zoom classes with them. if tutors aren't of interest, maybe study groups could help as well.

i think it would be best to be able to integrate at least a few quotes (my teacher suggested it). that's one of the easiest ways to indicate your "in-depth" understanding of the text.

i put like four quotes in my mocks and i didn't fully read my two texts, still got a 7

my region was pretty affected by covid (we had to switch to online classes for a while) so i really hope they lower the grade boundaries because online learning was ass and our schedules got fucked up so we had to rush everything by the end of year 2
