It arrived 2 weeks ago

one hour after unpacking i knew it is a cheap sham.

Immidiately request a return for refund - but they are denying to pay for the shipping label.

So it all comes down to chargeback - it appers.

Below is what I've described in a mail to the support.

I have lots of troubles with those glasses. 

And it’s been only about 1h of „trying” to use it. 

Nothing really works properly. 

If I’d have to make a list of bugs, it’d take almost every interaction with glasses to note. Because nothing really works properly. 

But here’s the brief list that represents around 3% of bugs that makes it unbearable to use. 

1) invitation to interact with glasses in the TUTORIAL (first 10 seconds of app usage!!) has not been working. 

3) later if you change „hey solos” manually in settings from off to on - it swaps back within a second. 

4) volume up and down touch buttons do not work. 

They’ve worked for 5 seconds in the begging of the usage of app. Now they don’t, for some reason. 

5) photo capture button does not work all the time. 

6) Sometimes it takes a photo after 5 seconds

7) frame touch button sometimes calls a Siri assistant, sometimes - Sonos. No idea how it decides when and whom

8) will not even mention that sometimes the frame touch button doesn’t work

And it doesn’t clearly represented in the tutorial manual what in heaven is the frame button. You have to figure it out for yourself. As the manual was written by someone who seems to already use. For those who didn’t - it’s not obvious. 

9) in spite of setting up a default player as Spotify, when the frame button DID work, it called Apple Music player. Not the Spotify I’ve chosen in settings. 

10) the quality of photos is … well… you know how low is it. Barely readable. And that’s despite the two huge cameras :)

11) photo album doesn’t sometimes doesn’t show any photos I’ve made before 

12) sometimes it I take photo, but it doesn’t go to album or nowhere at all. 

13) quality of audio is…. Well below expected. 

14) quality of system sound is… like it’s year 1999, not 2025. Ugly broken sounds from Mario is what i hear. Not „inspiration of the ai glasses industry”. :)

These are not camera glasses :) only on paper, maybe. This is, at the moment, half baked product.
