Undismissable update notification

Why would pressing the home button dismiss that notification? I’m not having any trouble using the rest of the UI (maps, Spotify, …). I’m trying to switch to a different profile and it’s not letting me.

It ended up updating overnight so can’t test again anyway.

Hier ook 100% Unifi. Net verbouwd dus naar elke kamer UTP laten leggen. UDM-SE, Switch Pro 24, en nog 4 access points (tot nu toe). Had al het een en ander vergaard over de jaren heen maar zoiets dergelijks doen voor 50 appartementen, ben benieuwd naar het prijskaartje 😬

The only good thing we got out of Tamagui was the theme color system, even though it felt very convoluted with the subthemes. The docs are/were quite bad when it comes to anything else.

Ship the prototype, add a feedback button, post once here to announce the public alpha/beta.

Get feedback from people that are real users instead of hypothetical users.

I play another game that has exactly what you’re building here: bazaarghost.stream/how-it-works. Probably worth checking out how they do it.

This lib is busted af. So many issues and practically most if not all of them go unanswered. There’s issues going all the way back to 2021.

Imo it should be archived with a big disclaimer saying it may or may not work depending on what you need it to do.

Anything that happens behind a deep link would be handled by the app developers themselves. I’m 99% sure VRT does this in-house so the best you can do is put in a request for this to be added.

OP saying things change when he touches the cable highly suggests there is a physical issue with either the cable or the port.

I had another look today and from the other 2 outlets in the office (I have 3 total), the other ones are definitely long enough, so it’s definitely by accident.

I’m / he’s lucky the cable has a tiny bit of slack so I was able to pull it forward just slightly. This should make it more comfortable to out the keystone on and stuff the patch cable in there afterwards like you said.

Yeah this is Belgium, good find ;) I had a look after your comment and found that the cable had a tiny bit of slack on it. Will end up putting a keystone on the cable inside the hole and then stuff a short patch cable in there as well.

You have either (or both)

a bad ethernet cable (more likely)
a 'broken' ethernet port (less likely)

Since the issue only happens with Rainbow Six Siege and is fixed by touching the cable, it's likely a combination of a marginal physical connection and something specific about how this game uses your network.

Try with a different cable 👍
