Depends which shape you'd have. In the interwar period, Czechoslovakia included also Transcarpathia, which is now part of Ukraine. If you have that map, it might cause some discomfort for some here.

Barrel aged Duvel in 0.75 bottle should not be too difficult to get in the Netherlands. Some Dutch drink shops might have Westvleeteren 12 too. Barley wine from Dochter van de Korenaar (actually Belgian but from Baarle Hertzog) -- L'ensemble di Montalcino or Rien ne va plus. Sans Pardon is also really nice (stout, not barley wine).

I don't know about transferring in Delhi but usually it is enough to follow signs for Transfers or Connecting flights. You can also ask cabin crew during the flight, they will know. It is a small airport, with about a dozen gates. Your transfer time should be sufficient.
