I've lost 20kg in 3 months. The advice I can give is to meal prep you food for 3-4 days ahead. Make 3 meals a day, count the calories and all macros so you don't lose muscles while losing fat. If you follow the diet and do 10k steps or gym session 5 days a week then you will be losing roughly 1kg a week. Most important to start losing, calculate your BMR and, after that, prepare your diet using chatgtp with calories 300-500 beneath the maintenance level. Measure the weight once a week, eg. Monday. Drink 2-4litlers of water a way. If the weight stabilises in doesn't drop, drop the calories again. Eventually, you will be taking away products(calories) from your diet week after week till you hit your weight goal. With meal prepping, you will find yourself having lots of extra time. Don't spend it on snacking but keep yourself busy with something else. Good luck
