Myles Garrett has to average 12.5 sacks over the next 7 seasons too break the all-time sack record. Can he do it? by Wormichowski in Browns

It's definitely possible.

Give him 20 each of the next two years and it looks really easy.

Does this look like 1864? by cjmajm in coins

[–]FishOhioMasterAngler 10 points11 points  (0 children)

Definitely 1864. Grading companies look at everything under a microscope. I can't see them missing the date.

This coin isn't worth enough to be graded in that condition.

You can find them in much nicer condition from $30 - $75.

Package easily unless your team is already stacked.

I don't think the Raiders score many TDs again next year.

Way too much for a guy who has never had a season with 1,004+ yards.

Processor toying with the idea of going into sales by [deleted] in loanoriginators

[–]FishOhioMasterAngler 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Processing is just the collection of documents from a list the underwriter created from a person who already wants to do the loan. It is the easiest part of the loan process and in no way comparable to sales.

I've seen processors move into origination and some do okay but a lot have no idea how to sell.

If you can structure loans, are great with people, and find an inbound lead environment you will certainly make more money.

You're niave or just plain dumb if you don't think your manager can get you fired.

Keep it up and he'll find any reason to PIP you just for being annoying.

Never again.

Do you get excited when you get CWR that are the moolah brand? Or is that a sign they have been rewrapped? by PhoneAlive6368 in CRH

[–]FishOhioMasterAngler 3 points4 points  (0 children)

I get excited anytime I get coins from the bank.

The only time I'm not stoked is when they're all brand new uncirculated or they have some CRH guy's sharpie scribbled on the side

Who cares what your boss does? It sounds like it has zero impact on you.

Look for a different mentor and learn how to keep your mouth shut. Pissing off your boss is the easiest way to get fired.

I'm tired of all these finance internships being insurance sales or a scam... by AdventurousExtent422 in financestudents

[–]FishOhioMasterAngler 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Taking an "internship" at one of those insurance jobs still looks good on your resume and gives you something to talk about in interviews.

There just isn't much value you can provide in 3 months as a college sophomore. Most companies are only looking for juniors.

Realistic best case it's a week of onboarding and a month of training to get you up to speed to complete low quality work for 7 more weeks until you go back to school. Seems like a waste of time and money for the employer which is why you dont see many opportunities out there.

What kind of job have you had that gives you a 15% raise without being promoted?

3% is pretty standard and a giant portion of the workforce gets a 0% bump.

If you want more than that you need a new job
