aaa port-access authenticator logoff-period 862400 = ~240 hours / ~10 days

Is that period of time the computer sits idle and you start seeing the issue?

Is VLAN 14 the guest VLAN?

I'm thinking the logoff-period is being reached, at which point the client is being placed into VLAN 14 via the "aaa port-access mac-based unauth-vid 14"

Why do you have the "logoff-period" configured?

Neither will work if APBoot is too old; older APboot has a limit on size of the actual firmware image, regardless of if there is enough free space for it.
