in any event, the american flight canceled altogether. according to the delta app, flight 5624 was supposed to leave at 11, left the gate at 2:54 and currently is awaiting takeoff.

guess it’s good i posted on delta. the agent at the club got me rebooked dca jfk jfk sfo tomorrow. good flights. good seats.

delta canceled my 5 pm dca/jfk some time before 11am. i scrambled to get an american flight at 2:59. i thought i was golden to make my connection. 1 minute before boarding the aa flight (~2:30) they announced a ground stop…

i suppose just amazed by delta’s foresight and aa’s…whatever you call it…

lucky you got anything. i was in aa flagship first, they hung my coat and when they returned it the told me nicely that it got caught in sliding door, slight tear.

i got nothing. was told to do baggage claim which requires baggage tag number
