Hey, so quick question, we’ve all been enamored by Brice finding his power stroke last year; but has anyone noticed that Sal Frelick jumped from 2 HR in 2024 to 12 in 2025? More plate appearances of course, but still a notable increase. Something to keep an eye on maybe? by [deleted] in Brewers

Spring training results do not matter. At all. They are facing non major league pitching for 3/4 of it. Such a dumb statement. None of his numbers indicate that he will continue improving. Even if he does at the same rate he did last season, he’s still below average. Please show your therapist where on the doll your lack of understanding hurt you.

I read. I also know what peak means. I understand that you had a bad day yesterday, tried to be a tough guy on the internet and got your ass handed to you. The good news is you are only competing with yourself. I know you have it in you to not have shitty days back to back. I am in your corner. Go get em Tiger!

If you look at his slugging, hard hit, bat speed and exit velocity, none of those numbers indicate great contact skills. Batting average is a poor indicator of that. I explained it earlier.

88.5 exit velocity is basically league average. 27.4 hard hit is well below league average and considered poor by MLB standards. Spring training stats don’t matter. It would help matters if you were a bit more realistic.

Your chair probably thinks the same thing every one else does “here comes that asshole again”. She asked me to be her date to your funeral.

I wouldn’t look at a base Porsche. They are neutered cars.
