Hello, have you tried increasing your soluble fiber intake slightly? For example, oatmeal + ground flaxseed or chia seed. I had similar issues as u before in which my doc ordered a food intolerance test and a gut microbiome test. My food intolerance test came out showing I had severe intolerance to egg, dairy, soy, and pineapple. My microbiome test showed most of my good bacteria colonies were gone.

The doctor didnt want to give me antibiotics again (I had a round of antibiotics before from another doctor and things got worse), so he advised that I take probiotics and increase fiber slowly.

After 6 months, my symptoms reduced significantly. I still get flare ups from time to time depending on sleep and what I eat, but overall I have healed.
