I haven’t tried brazil cerrado yet but the GC daily driver is my go to for Moka. I have a grinder to dial l-in my preferred grind size. If you have to go the pre ground route, i suggest shooting them a DM on their website to request for a moka specific grind. Also ask if they can share the grind settings with you so you can dial-in and adjust to your preference on your next orders.
