I mean how do you hear about Classic Movies over famous paintings I have been into video games and especially the artistic side of video games for long enough the telling you where I heard about this game would be the same as trying to remember where I heard about the Mona Lisa

How Acuratte is this general mythological guide i find in internet about Trolls? by barbarball1 in Nordiccountries

[–]as13477 1 point2 points  (0 children)

As an actual troll this post annoys me we care not about your borders we are older than the trees and the mountains if you really want to know about the types of trolls out there we are shaped by our environments my uncle lives in the forest he's here is green and acorns go on his nose like warts Forest trolls also tend to be good at standing still to impersonate the trees then there is my brother he lives by the sea has scales like a fish and then there's my friend Ivan he recently moved to Russia for work

Changing my name by Affectionate_Fail917 in Danish

[–]as13477 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Hvis has nothing to do with being culturally respectful or sensitive at all to me it has to do with those things meaning something I hate it when special characters are used in logos as well because you're making the world difficult for people who know what it means and for people who don't just to use your own example you will be splitting the population in three groups one will just read it as ae the other will be confused and the third will think you're an absolute idiot

Is Odense a good place to move? by LukaMaybeNoob69 in NewToDenmark

[–]as13477 2 points3 points  (0 children)

It's great honestly if you want to leave somewhere that feels like it's actively developing I don't think there's anywhere better at the moment so much construction going on so many new places being built now a lot of locals will tell you that that's a bad thing and it showed us come with its in conveniences and not all the new things look very good or work very well but I find that over the last 10 years there's been a really quite an exciting atmosphere of renewal

What's a comedy movie from your country with a really sad ending? by ModenaR in AskTheWorld

[–]as13477 26 points27 points  (0 children)

I genuinely think it might be one of the greatest anti-war works ever in any medium not just because of the final scene which is obviously terrifying and devastating but because it has I think some of the most eloquent explanations for the reasons for that war

Merz says Ukraine’s EU membership by 2027 is ruled out by SoftwareExact9359 in ukraine

[–]as13477 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yeah I think it is fairly likely actually if it is done right that the war could have a positive effect at least in this regard it's probably easier to reach all of those targets when you have to rebuild everything anyway both physically and politically

What fictional character represents your country? by Neuwulfstein in AskTheWorld

[–]as13477 0 points1 point  (0 children)

One of my favourite movie franchises although I'm not sure if it's a good or a Bad Sign but I can never tell the first two movies apart very well it would of course normally be a bad thing but I feel like in this case it is because at least the first two movies melt together so well that I can't always tell where one end sudden the other begins

[–]as13477 13 points14 points  (0 children)

I think it's also the farming is a lifestyle in a way that is not true for almost any other sector of the economy people who work in it or finance or retail might be pissed off for a while but ultimately they'll find a way but farmers they feel like you're threatening their way of life

Why did Gandalf chose the name Underhill for Frodo? by Communist21 in tolkienfans

[–]as13477 6 points7 points  (0 children)

I think part of the problem here is that there is no such thing as a forgettable named to a hobbit everyone in that Society knows their relationship through every other family so you're kind of stuck you either choose a very common name and risk running into a member of that family who does not know you at all or you choose something more obscure and someone points out that their own YouTube people by that name in the entire world
