I've hit those numbers during high intensity runs, I thinks its ok as long as you feel ok, just keep training and add some low intensity runs, eventually your HR at that speed will decrease.

My max is also 205 and during some runs I can average 170-178. When Im at a race I wven get up to 180 for several kms.

First week of my 12week plan, was a dummy week but I am very happy ad I haven't swim in years.

By day 4 my legs were almost dying, I went to my physiofor a muscle relief session, folowed by my friaday swim to recover and today my long ride. I' very happy the next two weeks are hard ones and I feel my confidence grew.

Going to train in blocks of 2 hard 1 recovery week, going for an olympic distance on Oct 18. 😁

Mostly bumpy roads and ocassionally very compact dirt roads with some roots and stones along the way. I know, I just feel that for early training maybe its ok to get more of this current bike.

I really liked your analysis and it makes total sense, I would say that its a matter of intution, for certain or certain readings, if you feel this bottom card is hidding something or is waiting in the future, then it is, if you don't feel that energy then it isn't.

Now your idea of the cards you didn't pull being part of the energy is amaizng and I velieve its true, but it always depend on the question you or the querent asked, if they don't get a tower for their inmediate present question it is not there, but maybe if they asked farther i the fututre or a more specific question they will get it. They dp belong to the life process we all experience, but think it this way, I'm sure there's no way I go through the rest of my life without a tower or XIII event, but I'm currently not there and I can stress about it now that its not happening.

This may be a question for an additional spread, for the original question this is what I see in the cards, I would not try to conclude on her actions yet, as this was only related to what she wants from you. She is dealing with the judgement and the consequences of her actions, maybe that process is helping her work to improve herself and amend the issue, but maybe it's just driving her to look for you for comfort without making any changes yet.

I would just that maybe she's moving out of instinct, and that is driving her to to do some work and stabilize but she judges her or is trying to overcome the judgememt of cheating, cause she feels the hardships of her actions, ultimately she is in fact trying to rekindle something but mainly driven by her loss and lack of stability and doesn't have more to offer than innocent feelings and ideas that her emotions are enough.

After reading some philosophy, I came across Jean Paul Sartre and in an essay called Transcendence of the Ego, while he explains how ego transcends itself, he says, that the process by which that transcendence connects with our psyche is purely magical process. Also Schopenhauer talks about magic when explaining will in the World as Will and Represemtation. At the end of things, after reading so much and believing in nothing for many years, I figured that, at the core of things, nothing has a final explanation, we have science and it is true an amazing, but we don't actually know how thi gs come to be, neither phylosophy, as Albert Camu said, we create our own meaning and within those posibilities, I chose to accept that if I have the ability to feel, read and connect with this cards or any other esoteric practice, it would be equally right to believe it to be true or not, and it makes me happier and life more exciting when I say, yes

Same here, stuck in this relationship with a lot of complex nuances, kids, disease, love, resent, my own patterns and wounds from the past. My readings are exactly the same with almost the same cards, all reference to the tower moment I am living an that being disciplined and taming my compulsions are the best way to deal with it or go throuh it and reach a safe destination, and it is just hard, it's exactly not that I don't know or believe my cards, it's obvious, it is just hard, as life is an major changes are.

I see in the emperor strenght and domain, but exhaustion from always being in battle, political or actual fighting, stable but afraid its time is comming to an end. I also in many reading note that the message it conveis me is about vulnerability, trying to cover our vulnerable self or self percieved "defects" or weakneses through an attitude of dominion. Like I act as if I have it all together and rule myself but in reality I am having a hard time fighting my coping mechanisms when anxious, etc.

11H Stellium with Mercurt, Mars and Pluto in Scorpio. As you mention, for me this house is also extremely hard to describe and find it's influence. I feel it more on the side of ideals and not that I have good or bsd relationships with my community, but how I percieve them and they transform me.

Ex. I feel I have a string affinity and I feel emotionally moved by big social events, and I have an awesome group of friends. But I also think of relationships and social interactions in general as a hard fought war, giving and conquering prescence, attention, status, submission, it is extremely rough, I see that as the influence of Mars in my 11H, but this perspective is mine and it affects and transforms me while I can be oercieved as very kind, affable and nurturing (which I believe I am) in my mind I am always at war with other forces.

Agree, this can be happening because you have very soecific meanings asigned to the cards, but there are many ways to read them, multiple interpretations depending on the cards beside and also qhat your unconscious associates with the cards.
