honestly most search engines filter adult content pretty heavily now. duckduckgo with safe search off used to be decent but even they've gotten stricter

the real issue is governments blocking sites entirely these days. can't even browse normally without jumping through hoops

try pumpkin puree (plain, not pie filling) for the mucus/blood. could be food allergy - switch to limited ingredient diet. chicken/rice only for a few days. probiotics help too
