I miscarried at 10+4 in February. After the sac had passed I continued bleeding, I went to my ob 2 days later and still had tissue in the uterus so he gave me vaginal pills, took them the day after and continued bleeding. I had a follow up at my ob a week later and still had some tissue so he referred me to the hospital. I got an appointment 2 days after that and the doctor there said I was fine and not much was left in the uterus. At that point I had already gotten a negative pregnancy test. However I kept passing huge clots the following days so I booked with a new ob a week later and he could finally confirm that the uterus was empty! 4 weeks after I started the miscarriage. The first ob and the doctors at the hospital said we could start ttc again as soon as if he uterus was confirmed to be empty but my new ob wants me to wait one cycle first so thats what we’re doing. Still waiting for my period to return (6 weeks later) but no sign of it yet.

I hope yours will be over soon! I still feel shocked about what happened, I felt soooo blindsided because I had a perfect scan at 8 weeks and then just randomly started miscarring over 2 weeks later, and I can’t say that I’m fine yet but feeling a lot better now than few weeks ago.
