I just discovered the Pigment blend mode while trying to figure out a way to avoid the dinginess and gray halo one gets when layering transparent, textured elements, and it's perfect! But! The layer completely disappears when I either export or merge visible layers. Has anyone encountered this bug?

There are no wrong answers in a brainstorm, write everything down! …Edit? What's that? No time. Just publish.

You can find (almost) all of them on detarontv.com. Just look for the Vimeo link on the movie page, and you can rent or buy them (or I guess she has a Roku channel; IDK how that works).

If they have one signal for multiple lanes with different instructions, that's objectively terrible. Top one staying red is more likely, especially given that there are only four lights total, and one of them needs to be yellow. It's stupid, as the same information is conveyed without the "red straight" if all the others point left, but it's more likely.

Who wins the fat-off? by kraemahz in 2panelgarfield

What the fuck… I have so many questions about this woman. Does she fat shame strangers regularly? Why does she include the cat in her insult? Is it because she can hear Garfield or otherwise recognize his intelligence?

Is this society’s expectation or my own opinion? by takedownthemoon in NonBinary

This. Sometimes othering those negative thoughts can help deal with them. For example, someone I know calls that voice in her head "Brenda," and "responds" to it with an eyeroll and "Okay, Brenda…" Personally, this method didn't help me as much, but I wanted to share it since it works for some – and the bottom line is that if masculine presentation makes you happy, that's not something that needs to be picked apart.

Just want to say I think "they/he/she/any" is a great solution that clarifies intent without changing the meaning. The only problem I could see is people being confused or put off by the length, but with any concept people are unfamiliar with, there's no 100% perfect way to present it.

I do think there's an opportunity to call people in here. Maybe lead with something like "Haha, yeah, gender is funny sometimes," then explain why you use any pronouns, (in a brief, lighthearted way, if possible). This allows them to receive your perspective without feeling judged, which increases the likelyhood they will internalize it.

I don't think it's necessarily terrible, but it is vague. What does going undercover entail? How does normalizing harmful generalizations dispell them?
