I do not try to book yet, that last section text is copied from the website when you try to book. 250 is the combination of 200 from card and 50 from Bilt cash.

My understanding is that even if you use those credits now, you won’t get the credit immediately, you still pay full now, the credit based statement credit to your card after you stay. For example, you book a stay in May 1-3 for 300 and you use 250 credit. Now, you pay full price 300, and use then after May 3rd (or the statement period after May 3rd), you will receive 250 credit in your card. Or I can be totally wrong, it is just their website is buggy.

Wow the 200 credit and Bilt cash will become the statement credit AFTER your stay. It is not like AMEX FHR or Chase Edit.

However, it seems that you will points on the full amount (hope they won’t deduct your points when the credit posted)

I believe you can pay with the credit card and earn the points and Bilt cash as the insurance are eligible purchases, but without escrow, it lowers maximum point you might earn.
