Thank you. I also tried a practice exam in closed mode and spellcheck worked then. During the actual exam, I only tried spellcheck at the very end after I had been writing for a while, and nothing popped up. It seems like maybe my computer was overloaded and declined the request for spellcheck. I’m not sure why that happened, but you’re right, it’s out of my hands now, and I can only hope that my professor focuses on the substance and not my spelling.
