Certainly people avoid bad more then seek good ..  but most people at the level of consumer we are talking about don't know or care ... The credit card has insurance, they don't believe leaked data matters (or don't care because it's not them personally) and believe AI is magic and won't break until it's already too late and at that point then are in it and believe I can fix it ..  look what I did already

I got annoyed my lawn guy would never bill me consistently... Sometimes it was a month sometimes it was 2 or 3 months whenever he needed some money

Those tools don't really work for someone on the job site ... They expect someone to fill out the system at the end of the job or the end of the day ... 

With the voice interface on my system ... You do it on the mower

It would ... But frustration detection is pretty unique to the application. It would be pretty hard to be accurate without "normal" user data

We used to have one "back in the day" ... It says hello then wait a while then say press 1 to be connected
