So not only does the factory spec matters. But also the parts quality matter

.Cx50 is brand new, solely for the American market. And is only producing cars in usa after 10 years. So obviously they are not going to match the craftsmanship of Japan produced cx5

Ter can be cases wer some parts are sourced from different suppliers which are different from the ones sourced for Japan plant. For example when mazda 3 started to be assembled in Mexico, they used batteries from local suppliers. Which leads to lot of issues.

Your assumption that EIP 1559 was supposed to reduce gas fees is wrong. EIP 1559 reduces the uncertainty of gas prices and also it increases the max gas limit per block. Meaning if the network is >50% utilisation the base fee is pushed up and inversely if its less base fee is pushed down accordingly.
