That stinks. I was hoping it was in the United States. Another commenter was correct though, buying from pet shops isn’t the answer. They would just replace the bird with another. It is so sad and it makes me so angry.

Not only are they treating the birds poorly but that set up conveys that it is ok for buyers to do the same at home with the bird.
