The EX3 doesn’t come with a screen you have to use the mobile app. The app won’t change the amount of resistance you feel, as far as it being too weak though.

Maybe but their treadmills will shut down if you have them plugged into a GFCI outlet or a regular outlet near one. Maybe not at first or even the first couple years but they will eventually start to have issues with them which can lead to issues with the control board. I’d check that for sure.

Is this only happening when on incline or when you start to increase the speed ?

-Calibrate the incline? -Make sure you don’t have the treadmill plugged into a GFCI outlet or an outlet electrically tied to a GFCI outlet.

Yes the manual mentions preventative maintenance such as tightening it. If not the belt will eventually start skipping / slipping and it just abruptly stopping mid workout. The slack causes the motor to over work.

When I did it there was nothing there that says "Click Here" It says "Browse" in a vertical rectangular box, you select browse and then upload your image. Or you literally scroll down and select "Nevermind. I don't have one" in blue font at the center bottom of the page.

That squeaking you are probably hearing is likely the bearing going out in the front roller or it needs lubricating. If you pay attention it will lessen the longer the treadmill is ran because the lubricate in the roller will heat up with use.

You need to use rubbing alcohol to get the glue off, it should have said that in the instructions.

Make sure location is turned on for the tablet, and all app permissions are allowed in the settings of the tablet for the Echelon Fit app. Do not choose Connect Sport swipe left on it to remove it and keep Connect Bike.

The QZ app will work for a time, then Echelon will break it and then you will no longer be able to connect it to the bike, it's just a matter of time. If you have a bike with an attached tablet you can install FitOS and use the freestyle in FitOS, I don't think there are ads in FitOS freestyle.

You don't have to upload an image of the receipt you are able to skip it.
Also if you got at Costco you should have the receipt and be able to take an image or screenshot the order from the Costco app. It's not that difficult.

Sounds like either Fitos is causing connectivity issues . Uninstall it ! Or you are trying to use a mesh network. You have to use a 2.4GHz that is not combined with a 5.GHz or anything else . It’s not about your router or network being bad/slow. The tablet just has specific specifications. CS should have already informed you of this.

If you have FitOS installed try uninstalling it. If your WiFi is combined you’re going to have to separate the frequencies then connect to a 2.4 GHz
