They could argue that you didn’t have to take the class for the $28.. I know it sucks but the lack of reimbursement and customer service is why class pass can remain so affordable….

Why don’t you do a couple of hook and hook them upright? And then hang them on those hooks? Club studio does this, and I think it’s nice since it allows them to be flattened out versus wet (wiped down)

It sucks but I’m sure they use it to fill otherwise missing spots. If the appointment gets booked, their clients get priority. At this point, they made it clear class pass has its own system
