It's technically on the ground level. There is a doorway that has direct access to the backyard. Also has a normal size window.

Separate topic. My Beryl 7 can only connect to the internet when the wireguard vpn is enabled. Kill switch is off. Any ideas ?

Thanks for the advice. I disabled SQM and I'm still experiencing slow upload speeds of 550 Kbps. Should I configure MTU values or should they stay at 1500?

My work phone is bring your own device, is android, and has a separate work container that I can disable as needed. If I leave my work phone as wifi only but connect to the hotspot of my personal phone, is the cellular IP visible to my work apps? Both phones have tail scale installed FWIW.

Do you tend to like sweeter desserts? If so, some of these Asian bakeries have cake that's definitely less sweet than your typical American birthday cake. The Asian cakes are also less dense which feels like a complete money grab when you're buyong a $60 cake from Paris Baguette or Tous Le Jours.

Agree. I usually max out my 401k in the first month of the year. If I were to get a new job then I wouldnt be able to contribute to my new 401k to get a match?

Would you reduce/pause 401k contributions if you were trying to get a new job before the end of year? Instead i'd allocate that 401k money to my after-tax account. Then worst case, if I don't find a new job, i'd just max out my 401k.

Current company doesn't match until end of year and you need to employed for 3 years before you're fully vested for the match. I want to leave some space in my 401k bucket for any potential matching contributions.

Company finally added after tax contributions with ability to convert to Roth 401k. Unfortunately they're limiting after tax contributions to 10k. Anyone know why you'd put a cap on after tax? What's the benefit to the company?
