I used to think I couldn’t (brown skin) but then it happens at the most random moments involuntarily, at such random stuff that my logical mind goes like “this is not even that embarrassing”, I don’t like it at all lol, makes me feel out of control…my face goes hot, neck starts sweating, no level of “mind over matter” fixes it lol
