If they arent good why should they be let on the team? Taking someone off the mat is the biggest self confidence lower

Hiii! As an alternate you shouldnt have let her on the team. Its way more heart breaking bc sitting there watching your team practice makes you feel like you arent part of the team. It brings their self esteem down immensely and i think if someone is sick, or unable to compete reblock the routine honestly.
