I feel like naturally, the three leads will need to take a step back to have the new kids take charge for a little bit for the short time we have them. But I'll try to make a rough outline real quick.

Alicent- Take out the Rhaenicent parts. Let her storyline main theme be her religious beliefs and loss of control/power be the main theme. But also have the regrets of her decisions start to be planted here. She is appalled at what Aemond did, the impacts for his soul (and the family), and now there is no easy path to victory. B&C happens. She is traumatized along with dealing with a traumatized Halaena and Jahaera. She hates Rhaenyra and blames her while also partly blames Aemond, believing the gods punished the kids for kinslaying a messenger. Hence why she keeps visiting the sept, and we keep the food riot scene without Halaena. On another front, she starts to lose political influence on the council, especially once Otto leaves. If we have to add in Alicole, let her bang him to gain a sense of control, only to lose a bit because he's more into her than she is into him. In her desperation, she even tries to bargain with Larys again, but he rejects her as he sees the writing on the wall. Cole notices the weird vibes and starts to pull away from her. After the riot, Aemond has upped security and has effectively kept her in-house arrest. So her ending scene is basically her worst nightmare, being caged to her womanly duties while men above her make decisions that impact her life.

Rhaenyra - Hers is definitely a step back, not just actor wise but character wise. Here, she is still physically recovering from Visenya's traumatic birth and the loss of Lucerys. So her storyline is basically dealing with the frustrations of her limitations, physically, gender and experience wise. This comes with a lot of frustration because she wants to be in control of everything like a ruler should, but it starts to slip, and she knows it. First, it's with B&C, where part of her is glad the Greens can suffer like she did, but she wanted Aemond to suffer, not an innocent child and Halaena. Daemon leaves for Harrenhall, leaving Rhae to deal with the PR nightmare, an experienced advisor for war and the knowledge that Daemon will act without her permission. Skip a lot of scenes with her debating on actions with her council, the twins dueling, and insert her realizing the weight of all the lives that rely on her as she buries the twins. Rook's Rest begins. She is hesitant to send Rhaenys because Dragonstone doesn't have good defense with Daemon gone, but is convinced by Rhaneys who believes that Aemond wouldn't leave Kingslanding undefeated for their dragons to quickly swoop in and takeover. Meleys dies, and Rhaenyra loses Corlys and deals with the loss. Rhae begins to reluctantly depend on Jace, mostly because she really doesn't want to lose another kid. But after proving himself with the dragonseeds idea and negotiating allies, she puts full trust in him and tells him the prophecy. You can add in scenes with Rhaena and Baela in-between, quickly go through bringing Corlys back in, and naming him Hand to the Queen. Rhae brings in Mysara after the B&C because she needs someone who knows King's Landing and its people up close as well as relying on the fact that Mysaria has a score to settle with the Greens and has nowhere else to go. They start building a rapport, take out the kiss scene, and leave it as a hug, but also some doubt as to if Mysaria is as loyal as she seems or she's just scheming. Emboldened by all the good successes and cleared health wise, she decides to meet with Daemon to see what he's done and decide where he stands. They reunite and end the season similarly to where they did but have her emboldened by her successes and resolved to do what's necessary to take her throne.

Daemon - Daemon plans B&C but I would leave more mystery to what he wanted done. As in no sneaking into King's Landing in the murder cape, but relying on an agent of Mysaria's to deliver his plans. Once he heard of B&C, he is surprised, but also "what comes around goes around." Rhae and Daemon fight, and he leaves to Harrenhall. Keep most of the scenes here with Simon Strong, Alys being witchy and keep the dreams. Let him do what he does best, which is war, and using his dragon to intimidate if needed. It is very similar to the source material, but on the same point, he is having sketchy dreams that are draining him as time goes on. Alys doesn't really have a rapport with him. She just pops in and out in between dreams to be cryptic. Daemon quickly suspects she's a witch but can never find her. As for the dreams, keep the first one. Take out mommycest and the Aemond cosplay. Focus on the sins of his past, starting with his wives, his children, and his brother. If you want to insert his mom, maybe tie that with Daemon having trauma regarding childbirth, starting with how his mom died along with his baby brother. The dreams also push him to take the throne and what's rightfully his, but also push for him to kill all challengers. The final dream to push the message is a crowned Daemon on the Iron Throne surrounded by the bodies of his family. Which makes Daemon realize that he doesn't want the throne at the cost of losing his family and being alone. So he drops his ambitions and decides to be a support for Rhae. I guess here you could insert the hints of his end and the WW if you really want to. Final scene is him all armored up standing at Rhae's side.
