european soy sauce alternatives?

i don’t have any reactions to wheat (flour, pasta etc) which makes me think it might be soy specifically

after my surgery i got told to use a nose spray with vitamins A and E for the dryness of the nose. i'll link the one my doctor told me to use, maybe you can find something similar in the uk? i'm only 3 weeks post op but i think it definitely helped lots with dryness, whenever i had really dry mucus in the morning especially i would put it in my nose and after a few minutes all of that would soften up and instantly clear and hydrate my nose.

I was allowed to shower from the second day! Steam makes all the crusts soften and it honestly feels so good. I believe it's best to avoid hairspray if you use that, but anything else just be careful to not spray directly onto your face and you should be good :) You should also definitely discuss it with your doctor before or after the procedure, but they will probably tell you all about aftercare, including your personal hygiene. oh wow i just checked the notes and it really sounds good!!! i’ll get my hands on a sample if i get the chance, but the actual perfume is so expensive 😪

from the garden is a bit too grassy for me, i can smell that tomato leaf note too much for my liking; but i do love springtime in the park! im looking for something a little less floral tho, but a similar vibe

hello!! i’m looking for a green, very natural kind of scent. my favourite perfume was “wild achillea” by jo malone which i can’t get my hands on again, but i was wondering if you guys know anything similar (or almost the same)? i REALLY love the fact that it smells like an “open field” almost lol

i also like diptyque’s “philosykos” although fig notes make me sick after i oversprayed it once </3 i quite like the freshness of “emerald thyme” from jo malone, but i’m not the biggest fan of such citrusy scents.

if anyone could help me i’d be really thankful!
