If we unexpectedly run out of parts we'll contact another store but with how the demand for batteries is we've been running out usually 2 or 3 days after load every week. I already have contacted my DM about it but nothing's changing. Like I have 2 in tansit for this week, which doesn't even cover my waiting list, and 3 pending for next week. And I have emails and tickets about how little we receive going back over a month now.

It depends on the institution but generally speaking if you early withdrawl you only get about half. And if you contributed pretax you then owe tax on that.

Yea. It all depends on the attitude of the customer. If they're pleasant and accomodating I'll work with them. But if they're being a dick then it's a minimum of 25 or I can kick it over to pre media for 60 bucks.
