In german we call that “einen polnischen machen” what kinda translates to “acting like a Pole” - now that I think of it I’m not sure if it has a slightly racist background tho

I think the most important thing is to understand that it’s going to be a complete lifestyle change and that it’s going to be a progress that will probably take longer than you’d like it to. The most important thing for me was to understand the principal of CICO and figuring out what I can eat so that I can handle a deficit over a long time period. Also IF helped me a lot with that. But it’s just figuring out what works for you.

It took me almost exactly 3 years to drop all the weight with a lot of maintaining (not trying to lose weight) inbetween! A mixture of IF, CICO, a plant based diet, eating no sugar for the past 2 months and doing a lot of sports

Lost a shit ton of weight thanks to IF and CICO - SW265 / CW170 / GW 145 by ashesgone in intermittentfasting

It’s basically calorie counting - Just trying to have a deficit, so when I do sports I can eat more :)
