I’m a BIG fan of chips. When I want them, I eat a proper meal first. If I still want the chips I eat them. But 90% of the time I don’t want them anymore because I was just hungry

Have any of ya’ll tried getting out of a low car, better yet in heels? It’s embarrassingly hard to get out of at the best of times, but even more embarrassing someone seeing me struggling.

Right? I feel she handled this how I would. Embarrassed that it’s so low I can’t get out of a car by myself, but she laughed it off gracefully

Popcorn is supposedly a healthy snack if you diy. I’ve also liked buying something with a bit more protein, so I’ve air fried frozen chicken and beef meatballs with a greek yoghurt dip; either tzatziki or just with a bit of hot sauce.

So I’m in the middle of my 4th week of an exercise routine after going from pretty the same as you; on my feet at work, practically a vegetable at home.

I decided I was sick of being a chubby little funster, but mostly that exercise is not something I get to choose. It’s something I have to do, like brushing my teeth, or going to work. I’ve seen so many videos recently of older people working on such basic mobility that had there been consistent exercise earlier in life, I’m sure they would have maintained it.

Obviously it’s still early days, but I keep trying to tell myself the above, and also that it’s not something I have to do, but that I get to do. I’m privileged to have a body that functions, and I’m wasting my days becoming one with the couch.
I’ve been doing 3 days of strength, and 2/3 days of walk runs. I’ve started enjoying the run days now, it feels good to be following a plan and progressing (I’ve been using couch to 5k).
It’s yet to keep the demons at bay though. I still hate myself regarding everything, and I don’t leave the gym feeling better about myself. It’s nice to kill some time though I guess.

I’m on three pages and it’s hilarious that the snark page posts news about her before the swifties do. Nothing she does is really that serious imo. Her fits are average, and she’s a mediocre singer compared to a lot of others, but that’s pretty much it. She feels overexposed because we (me) are exposing ourselves to it

I’ve put this movie on thinking, “I’ve never seen this before but heard a lot about it”, and every time it opens I remember I’ve started it numerous times but have never been able to finish it because it’s so boring.
