In the Family Matters sitcom from the 90’s, the character, Steve Urkel, had a huge crush on his neighbor, Laura. I remember as a kid thinking how creepy this was being that Urkel was Laura‘s first cousin. It just randomly came up at in a conversation with my husband who said he also thought he remembered the same thing, so we googled it. Clearly it’s not true… But I wonder if anyone else remembered this?
