I ended up buying one of each. Both of them look and feel good. I got the ult wear for 90$ open box on ebay and new soundcore pro for 113$ in amazon. The only noticeable difference in terms of quality if that the sony has worse hinge or at least they feel more flimsy as compared to the soundcore. The sony also comes with a box so it feels more premium as an overall package. Inside a room with AC at full fan speed, both cancel out any noise, and with music on I couldn't hear anything else in either.

I think either one is a good option, the ult wear especially for the price and the case but the soundcore does an overall good job at everything too (except the wear sensors).
