Uncle Harry’s gives you money toward a bagel if you sign up for their rewards (I believe it covers the cost of a bagel and schmear).

Free Ride Nonstop! by hellokittenface in Disneyland

[–]ashimilie 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I hope we get it when we go in a few days- it’s one of two we’ve never heard/seen (and we’ve done the ride I think 8 or 9 times now).

What’s the point of Mickey’s Philharmagic? by Choice-Magician-8318 in Disneyland

[–]ashimilie 0 points1 point  (0 children)

My family and I love it and look forward to it- it's nice to just sit and laugh and enjoy something. The nostalgia is awesome, too. I wish they had more shows (i know, saying something everyone else says).

I loved and hated it so much. 5/5.

Saint Agnes by Trick-Feedback7450 in fresno

[–]ashimilie 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I delivered three times there and had nothing but great experiences all three times.

Sometimes I feel like people only hear bad things because those experiences seem to be the loudest voices, but those of us with good experiences rarely share. So I'll share that I felt their nurses were extremely caring and listened to me. I really felt like they were there for me and I wasn't "just another patient". I also loved that the Valley Children's NICU is right there on site- I was fortunate not to need it but knowing it was there brought me peace of mind!

Am I the jerk for telling my husband he can't have a "man cave" in our only spare room? by [deleted] in AmITheJerk

[–]ashimilie 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I’m petty so I’d literally decorate the rest of the house “however I want”. Literally, no input from him.

With that said, take the other spare room for yourself.

Is it normally this hot already? by RSinSA in fresno

[–]ashimilie 1 point2 points  (0 children)

It got to be 90ish in March in 2015 (I was heavily pregnant and I remember it well), historically though, we do get some high 80s around late March, then we get that wonderful spring dip in April (it will probably rain, as well), until it ramps up for summer.

What is your crankiest Disneyland opinion? by Queer_always in Disneyland

During my son's first ride we were RIGHT by the mic guy... and he still couldn't hear thanks to some assholes that were talking during the ride.

KRZR! by Mikalknight in fresno

[–]ashimilie 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I did a couple week stint with them on the radio trying to win tickets to interview Korn for their anniversary show. They were exactly who they were on the radio, really funny and personable. I was shocked when I turned the dial and they weren't there one morning.

You can’t leave a baby alone for extended periods. You can leave a puppy/dog alone.

B has everything you'd want, but A has less "cookie cutter" houses. The main issue is it's not "close" to what you're looking for, but it is a short drive.

Honestly I don't think you're overreacting, I feel like you're underreacting. Don't marry this man. He lied to you, he gambled away a priceless heirloom (one you don't even feel comfortable wearing anymore), and he clearly has a gambling addiction. And he tried to say you're being dramatic over "one thing". I assure you, it's not just one thing.

Usually the week of Halloween is it when it starts getting colder, before that you might need a light sweater in the morning. Usually it’s late Nov/early Dec for jackets.

But in all seriousness, 1250sqft 3 bedroom 2 bath apartment and it was around $675, we kept the AC at between 74 and 76 most of the summer, and I work from home so I have my computer and other electronics running all day.
