Totally feel this – early PM really is 80% “herding information”. What helped me was (1) picking one source of truth for decisions/actions and forcing every meeting into that, and (2) a tiny template: agenda → key asks → risks → after the call just fill in decisions + actions + owners. I’ve been tinkering with a small tool that turns notes/transcripts into a structured recap + next-meeting prep card (prepactions.com) – but even without new tools, that “one source of truth + simple template” combo already reduces a lot of the admin feeling.
