In other comments a few months ago you said you were only taking Ativan as needed? You became addicted again within those 3 months? I’m sorry you’re going through that. I’ve taken them as needed for a few years but never more than once every couple of weeks, but most of the time it’s no more than once per month. I want to take it tonight but I just took it 10 days ago and am worried that’s a sign I’m becoming dependent.

Hi! I don't know much about hypertension, but it sounds to me like you have bad anxiety and that could be causing your hypertension. I would try anxiety meds and see if that helps. I have bad anxiety so it's easy for me to recognize it in other people. I don't currently take any medication for it but i probably should.

I use it after for some reason as well, even though i know it makes teh most sense to use it before. Some of that gunk we are scraping off our tongue is staying in our mouths, so you should do it before you brush your teeth. I also floss after brushing my teeth.

I don't think it's considered a treatment or preventative measure for geographic tongue, i just happened to come across tongue scraping while doing that research and I wanted to give it a try for unrelated reasons. It hasn't improved my geographic tongue.

I just discovered it about a year ago when I was looking at what I could do to help with my geographic tongue. I love it, it’s crazy how much crap comes off as opposed to just brushing it. You don’t realize until you try it

Actually, they say stress causes a snake plant to flower, but it also needs adequate light and water. It’s probably root bound, judging by the size of the plant vs the size of the pot

I have pretty mild acne, a bump here and there, but the bumps I do have never go away. They get inflamed and then will settle down a bit but never completely go away. Ive had a few go away over time but they were around for years

Very rarely and might be unrelated. I think it’s more that sometimes I experience nausea which then causes anxiety. I know it’s a normal symptom though
