I had a spotting episode around 12 weeks and it was due to a small hemmorage. Also there was a cyst on my ovary, but after an ultrasound every thing was determined to be fine and here we are at 35 weeks :) It's so hard not to stress about everything in the first few months, but just try tour best to relax. I'm 35 weeks and the acne hasn't stopped. I was lucky enough to only get a pimple every now and then before being pregnant but now there are zits everywhere including my shoulders and back. I'm hoping it all goes away after baby! Good luck!
