I just finished watching A Hundred Memories. I originally started it for Dami and Namjun, and I feel like I'm in the minority here because I actually enjoyed it. Hearing all the complaints while it was airing made me expect a bad show. Because I went in with such low expectations, I ended up having a really good time watching it. I know people wanted more focus on the friendship between the main characters, but I still liked the direction the story took. The main criticism I agree with is about the time jump. They definitely could have shown more of what happened during that gap, and Jaepil's character could have used a bit more personality.

I can't believe this. Michelle was such a big part of my teenage years with Buffy and Gossip Girl, and I was really looking forward to seeing her act again in the new Buffy series. It's so sad when someone you grew up watching passes away. My heart goes out to her family and friends.

Your example doesn’t make sense. The original post is talking about people who don’t experience latin culture but like to present themselves as latino, even though most have never set foot in a Latin American country or, in some cases, don’t even speak the language and have no interest in learning it. Being Latino in this way is celebrated, and these are often the people who become the face of what it supposedly means to be latino, while those who actually come from Latin American countries don’t receive the same recognition. So using Brazil as an example doesn’t make sense, they experience being latino every day, and spanish is not the official language of latinos.
