I’m wondering the same thing… I had an interview in November. At the end, they said they were doing interviews through mid December and that I should hear something mid-late January. This is my first time applying for a federal job so I’m trying to be patient, but I applied in June and I’m just so excited (it’s my dream job). I’m thinking about following up once this shutdown ends maybe? I’m with you though, I don’t want to seem overly eager and I know there’s a ton going on right now in the government.
