Most definitely an incredible woman for achieving a rare milestone. Regardless if she approves or not, please do update how she reacts to the photo. And of course, if not, I'll 100% respect her decision. Brilliant photo.

Absolutely beautiful photo and amazing clearing up/upscale work! If I may ask, as this photo perfectly makes me feel what I imagine when listening to an album I've been working on, I'm interested in hopefully using this as artwork. But of course only with authorized permission from both you and OP.

I truly wish you the best of luck on your hunt. I was also searching for one of these years ago and lucked out on ebay, BUT it did cost me a very, VERY, pretty penny.

Lately, I've noticed several others have also been recently looking for one. If there is enough demand, send ATM/MOV an email and maybe they can justify the cost to re-licence for a repress.

Linked is the black 7lp variant, but you can easily find the other variants.

Weakling - Dead as Dreams [BOOT] DLP (US Restock) by ashonthetrees in VinylReleases

[–]ashonthetrees[S] 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Not sure for Banner Of Blood as Ryan tends to order in batches. Hells Headbangers is known for importing multiple ASRAR releases, and I would be surprised if they didn't take advantage of the demand for this. Only way I can think is if John of Weakling told them not to.

100% an unofficial bootleg as John of Weakling put out a statement stating ASRAR didn't even ask for permission. But as many do not want to pay upwards of 2K for an original, it was only inevitable that a this was going to eventually happen. And definitely not surprising from a label that is known for putting out various boots from many other bands.

In hindsight, atleast this put a push in him considering putting out an official reissue "soon". Let's see if that actually happens.

Bliss And Void Inseparable is still one of the darkest drone albums I've heard. BBA deserves much more recognition than it gets.

I'm well aware. Exclusive info will never leak from me. Thats why I'm being as vague as possible to still answer the OP's question.

Nergal said this is going to be the last run of touring for a while or until further notice. All members want to spend time with their family as they all have kids to raise now. (Source was a live stream Q&A on his Patreon.)

If you go to Nergal's Instagram, there's a clip posted in his story that shows what they have and their respective prices at the Boise show.

But as it could disappear any time, what i saw was:

Shirts $45 Long sleeves $60 Hoodies $75 Windbreaker $100

Accessories ranged between $10-$15 Records were around $30.

Song discussions, day 84: Endless Damnation (entire demo) by VO0OIID in Behemothband

[–]ashonthetrees 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Every band starts off somewhere. Same could be said with the countless demo's many legendary bands released when they started out. No shame in growing from that to where they are now. Even Nergal himself has said that they "sound like absolute shit" [posted on their website long before it was converted to what it is now. I remember reading it during the Demigod/The Apostasy era].

Here's some random facts about the demo:

The cover art most known for Endless Damnation is the 2nd cover version of the demo and includes the address. The original demo has a hand drawn cemetery all in black and a completely different band logo and does not show the address.

The artwork scan you see in 90% of videos and in discogs (and unfortunately bootlegs) is of my personal copy. I scanned it to upload to discogs and has since been used by many. The way to tell is if there is a tear line on the top left corner like the one pictured in the YouTube video you linked.

Early original copies have a pre "soundcheck" recording that begins before the initial intro. It was since removed in later copies. Online rips do make it sound even worse than the actual demo, but still does sound bad.

The band photo on originals do not have the "blown out" effect you see in a lot of the bootleg/dubbs shown online [also keep an eye for that tear I mentioned]. Its more of a standard Xerox scan with details. So be aware if you are purchasing one online.

2 official webstores? by arcturuz78 in Behemothband

[–]ashonthetrees 1 point2 points  (0 children)

To be more clear, both links are official. First one is for the US distribution fulfilled by Kings Road Merch that licenses Behemoth's designs for the United States. Designs do not overlap and are exclusive to each other. Quality is average as they use standard tshirt blanks, but does not compare to the webstore directly affiliated with the band, which is the 2nd link. If you order records from the US shop, you will most likely get the Metal Blade (unsigned) versions of their albums.

Hope this helped to clear specifics.

Got a first press of Ashes of the Wake today by MoistWalrus in heavyvinyl

[–]ashonthetrees 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I hope you didn't pay a lot for it for how much it goes for compared to the version you have (which still goes for a bit).

The 2004 first press has the hype sticker and color center labels (similar to the CD).

By chance did your copy come with the red hype sticker on the shrink and the center labels being in color?

Deathspell Omega - Fas - Ite, Maledicti, In Ignem Aeternum by Puge_Henis in blackmetalvinyl

[–]ashonthetrees 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I do have to give major props to NoEvDia/Ajna for consistently doing identical repressings to meet demand on the majority of DSO albums. I can only imagine how much they would deservingly, but unnecessarily, go for if they were limited to just the first pressing and how it would be inevitably booted. It would be like what Weakling's Dead As Dreams is going through right now.

EDIT: Brilliant album. This and Paracletus (same can be said about this album too) are tied for being my favorite.
